I have lost 5 pounds in about a week and a half. I'm up to 25 minutes of exercise on the elliptical trainer. I've perfected the art of the 1 point breakfast! Starting out my day with protein and no bread or sugar makes a real difference.
Next week, in true Bee fashion, has everything happening at once. We start a new class on Tuesday, Cass is having a mastectomy on Wed, and then I'm running Candlemas on Saturday. And working all of those days as well.
