Mmm, trying to use LJ more, because finding out things about friends from other friends who live on the other side of the world is just getting weird...also need to try being more social. It's not healthy for me to keep curling up in my happy little shell of hermitism. Perhaps because I feel like I have more control over interacting with people ( Read more... )

Hey! I'm not on your f-list but i came acorss your icons, can I ask what program you used to make your "Why yes... (KKM-YozCon)" icon?

Oh, wow, thanks! I'm flattered that someone is interested in my icons ^^ (May I ask where you came across them?)

I make all my icons using Adobe Photoshop CS (the original one, I'm afraid...CS3 looks very spiffy, but is waaay too expensive. I believe CS1 uses Photoshop 8.0). Animated icons (such as the YozCon one) are made there too, I usually start with the stills in Photoshop and switch to Image Ready (comes bundled in the CS pack) to make the animated .gif files. That particular icon was made as a gift for swgmigraines, I had only seen the RAW of the episode the images were from at that stage, and had fun making up what they were saying in the scene!

Speaking of icons...♥ to yours! MuraYuu is one of my favourite pairings, and strangely I was working on a MuraYuu scene somewhat similar to that implied by your icon, only last night.... ^_^;;

Ahh thank you very much! XD And I came across your icons when seeing your reply to apapazukamori's latest Mura/Shinou ficlet ^__^

And omg you know what I have like NO MuraYuu fans on my f-list! I watched KKM right from the very first ever subbed episode, but for some reason I stopped watching it at about episode 53 and got into Harry Potter for 2 years, and it's only recently that i've got back into KKM and realised just what I've missed! I've got 2 people on my f-list list watching it but they're only on like, episode 11 and I'm DYING for them to hurry up and get to episode 27 so I can finally spaz about Murata without giving away spoilers lol

He was my fav right from the start, before he even became a main character XD. I LOVE him with Yuuri, but to be honest I'll pair him with anyone lol (OVA 5 has kinda got me going with Murata/Shori too lol).

And YAY you must write ficlet like my icon! lol

Really? I have, quite a few, I think ^^; But probably Apa and I are the biggest. We both played Murata for over two years in the omg_maou RP, myself playing the real, IC Murata, and her playing the OOC version of him (not sure if you're familiar with the "omg" RP premise, but basically there's two versions of every character running around, for whatever reason XD And it's why we call each other Double, lol) And while there was no actual MuraYuu in the RP, there were instances of it in several non-RP-canon ventures, and it was hinted at in OOC Murata's past.

I think I started watching when episode 20 came out subbed, and started collecting the raws as well not long after (so I'm missing a few early raws D:). I fell out of fandom around when omg_maou sadly fell apart last year, though. I'd been in it from when the first advertisement was posted on kyou_kara_maou in *thinks* around April/May 2005, so it was sad, but probably about time. :/ The OVAs have stirred interest back up again, it looks like they and the promise of a third season have drawn a few of us ( ... )
