hi, internet. tonight i've decided to make it a rule to always check for the bright flashing red light on my butt before locking up my bike, and then entering and leaving a restaurant oblivious. it's happened more than once, and i have eaten a whole burrito without noticing it.

i recently found my digital camera, so this is a photo-heavy entry. ( i decided it would be best if i made you click through )

i just watched what i thought was one of the best movies i've seen in many years, Hurlyburly. then i hit up the internet to see all the great reviews it got, wondering why i hadn't heard more of it.

apparently it was a flop and the critics hated it. i guess this is indicative of my taste.

THE BIG ONE - an earlier Michael Moore documentary that came out sometime after Roger and Me. although i agree with a lot of his pro-labor politics, i get tired of watching him harass lower-level PR and security people in his PR stunts. you are a big celebrity, guy. go after the people you are actually criticizing and leave the $9/hr rent-a-cops ( Read more... )

for those of you that are into ruling music, tickets for the isis/big business show at slim's went on sale today. it's the isis '10th anniversary' tour so i assume there will be old jamz in the mix.
