THANK YOU!!! I was missing some of what was said in the Gallifrey flashback- and it's rather vital to something else I'm doing...

And YES!!! I wanted to hug the Poor TARDIS and make it all better- heck even Martha Noticed... "It sounds...sick?!"
Poor TARDIS, She don't get enough LOVE...

OH you're welcome. Some of the dialogue is so good I just have to transcribe it. And that was a great moment.

*snuggles the TARDIS*

This is a great pic!spam. And all I want to ask is...

Don't you think 10's hand is all weird and alien-ey when he's holding Martha back? I know its because he's TLM! but its just...creepy. And Jack with the shifty eyes.

I also like how they're arranged when they figure out the drumming is in the phone. They look like a Cingular ATT commercial.

I don't think his hand looks weird. But Jack definitely has the shifty eyes.

And forgive my frazzled brain but what is TLM?

Tall Lanky Man.

One of the most useful acronyms I've come across. Mind you I think one of my friends made it up to make fun of another, but it kinda stuck. Hehehe.

"Doesn't make us invisible. Just make us unnoticed. OH I know what it's like. It's like when you fancy someone and they don't even know you exist." I really hated this line. For many reason. Mainly because we all know he remember's what Martha said to John Smith in FoB so it seems unnaturally cruel. It's like it was used to reminde the audience about her fancying him to set up what happens later. RTD..it was totally unnecessary. so STFU already. I really have a love/hate relationship with RTD.

Oh god, thank you. This line bugged the hell out of me. The problem with so many television shows is that you get so many different ways to write the same characters, and this is a prime example. I thought it very clear in FoB that the Doctor was consciously letting Martha off the hook about owning what she said to John Smith, and it was established in the very first episode with Martha that he knew she was flirting with him. The Doctor knows Martha is in love with him; he just ignores it and carries on, for reasons of his own ( ... )

Your strikeout convo between the Doctor and the Master was full of win.

just like the Americans...barging in, taking over. This is by no means an insult to my American friends, just their government. I hope no one takes offense.

None taken. Our government is made of dickheads. I actually sort of wish they'd portrayed the prez as more Bush-like. That way it would have been satisfying when he blew up.

He's desperate to save him. The Master really is all he's got, well the way he sees it anyhow. But, as we all know, the Doctor is the master of denial. I don't believe for a second that deep down he thinks he really can save him. He wants to, sure but, he knows. He just knows, which makes it even sadder. The Master/Doctor relationship is an interesting one. It's always seemed to me to be just a little like your friend with the abusive boyfriend. "You don't understand him like I do. He hits me because he loves me too much. He can change. I know I can save him" That kind of thing. But only very vaguely. It's also like the 'brothers on opposing sides' relationship. It's more like that than the former. The ( ... )
