Translation:

Eres,
Lo que más quiero en este mundo eso eres,
Mi pensamiento más profundo también eres.
Tan solo dime lo que es,
Que aquí me tienes.

You are,
What I desire most in this world, you are that,
My most profound thought, you are that also.
Just tell me what it is,
(For) you have me here.

Eres,
Cuando despierto lo primero eso eres,
Lo que a mi día le hace falta si no vienes,
Lo único preciosa que en mi mente habita hoy.

You are,
When I wake up, the first thing... you are that,
What my day lacks if you do not come around,
The only precious thought that inhabits my mind today.

¿Qué más puedo decirte?
Tal vez puedo mentirte sin razón,
Pero lo que hoy siento
Es que sin ti estoy muerto pues eres....
...Lo que más quiero en este mundo eso eres.

What more can I tell you?
Perhaps I can lie to you without reason,
But what I feel today
Is that without you I die, for you are...
...What I most want/love in this word, you are that.

[Musical interlude]

Eres,
El tiempo que comparto eso eres,
Lo que la gente promete cuando se quiere,
Mi salvación, mi esperanza y mi fe.

You are,
The time that I share, you are that,
What people promise when they love each other,
My salvation, my hope and my faith.

Soy,
El que quererte quiere como novia, soy,
El que te llevaría el sustento día a día, día, día,
El que por ti daría la vida, ese soy.

I am,
The one who wants (to love) you as a girlfriend, I am,
The one who would bring you sustenance day to day, to day, to day,
The one who would give his life for you, I am him.

Aquí estoy a tu lado,
Y espero aquí sentado hasta el final.
No te has imaginado,
Lo que por ti he esperado pues eres...
....lo que yo amo en este mundo eso eres.

I am here by your side,
And I will sit here waiting until the end.
You can’t imagine, [*lit. You have not imagined]
How much I have waited for you, for you are...
...What I love in this world, you are that.

Cada minuto en lo que pienso, eso eres.
Lo que más cuido en este mundo, eso eres.

What I think about every minute, you are that.
What I most guard in this word, you are that.

Translation Notes:

...Lo que más quiero en este mundo eso eres.
...What I most want/love in this word, you are that.

....Lo que yo amo en este mundo eso eres.
...What I love in this world, you are that.

The verb querer means both "to love" and "to want" (generally just "to want" if talking about objects). The verb amar means specifically "to love." Both can be used for lovers or family.

---

El que quererte quiere como novia, soy
The one who wants (to love) you as a girlfriend, I am.

The Spanish syntax is jumbled and does not actually make sense if you look at it, but the general meaning comes through from context and that is what I translated. If you are learning Spanish, do not worry about this line not making sense. If you are fluently bilingual, comment if you have other interpretations.
