I am getting over a nasty cold. I have been coughing until it feels like I might pass out from oxygen deprivation. I kinda agree. They're a little too high fashion, I think, not to be mistaken for that by the average every day person. The UK is def not ready for 'em.

I'm glad your cough is getting better now! I was a worried Ku ;_; Also BRRR at customer complaint, what the hell man? I'm sure you handled it well despite the anxiety. It's always a horrible thing when you make a mistake and feel that horrid feeling of panic, but I am sure you can get something productive out of it! Draw some control circles concerning the situation so you know better how to handle if it happens again. ♥
