I can write paragraph after paragraph of journal entries and short stories, but school papers and research papers, I have such a hard time with.  It's the citation thing.  I hate having to cite things "the proper way."  Why can't I just say who it's by, where to find it and have that be enough? I never imagined the things that are happening now, to happen.  It's not all bad, but it is all scary.  Living in a place that is not home, away from friends, my library, my doctor.  Dependent on meds to get me through these nerve-disintegrating days was never something I foresaw.  My mother in so much pain (in all ways) didn't cross my mind.
