Firstly, I'd like to announce that Leeloo is a goddess. Those cookies you brought over were absolutely heaven on a platter ( Read more... )

That's a very interesting outcome, I must say.

Isn't it? I'm certainly hoping someone other than myself will find them interesting, or perhaps even useful.

Perhaps so. May I ask what you plan to do with these numbers?
Just a way to pass time?

Oh, well... partially to satiate my own curiosity, I suppose, but I'd also like to determine the City's needs. I'm an inventor, you see, and inventions are really only worthwhile if they meet a need.

Those results are... interesting. I thought for sure there were more vampires than demons.

Well, there's every chance that there are. I didn't have as many responses as I might have liked, so the City's population isn't fully represented.

That's true, there's also to account for those who actually filled in this questionare, but nonetheless, it's crazy.

Telepathic?

Hmn.

"Hmn"?

Do you care to elaborate?

I don't like that thought.

What does the rest mean?

[ooc; trust him to want a concise explanation of statistics. XD]

What do you think it means, Van Helsing? Statistics are meant to make us think--they don't spell the answers out for us. Sometimes, they don't even bother asking questions.

Carl, correct? Those are quite the interesting numbers that you have. ...Angelic creatures?

That was a curse? It's quite all right, I suppose. You're forgiven.

Yes, correct, Miss Carnahan.

There are a certain number of angels and other beings with divine associations living within the City. Not all of them are good, of course, but they're present.

It was, yes. Thank you, a thousand times over. Really, I'm not usually quite that protective.

Ten months? Fantastic.

You have a lot of time on your hands, huh?

[ooc: O Carl, wait till she sends you HER cookies/cake come Thursday. >D]

Well, it did range from a handful of weeks to over two years--ten months was only the average.

Mm? No, not really. This didn't take much time at all.

[ooc: Whoo! Carl loves food, and bringers of food!]

Hmmn.

Do you do this often? Back home, I mean.

[ooc: ... welllll, it's debatable whether Raven's baking counts as food. .__.]

What? Of course not. It wouldn't have made sense to do a survey at home. I already knew everything there was to know about the relatively few people around me. These sorts of things are only interesting in heavily populated and widely varied places like this. Although there are always other numbers to toy with!

[ooc: If it looks like food, acts like food, and doesn't explode, it'll be well-received. ♥]
