And (for me at least) its not so much the food as the overall atmosphere. My first Thanksgiving with my fiancee was spent sitting on the floor (we didn't have a kitchen table) at the coffee table in front of the TV eating ham, mashed potatoes, and green beans (and sweet potatoe casserole for myself) while watching football. Not exactly the picture of Thanksgiving, but it felt right because I was with my loved one and giving thanks for all the wonderful things in our lives. Another year my family and I went to Disney/Epcot for Thanksgiving Day (park was empty) and had dinner in that nice Chinese restaurant at Epcot. It still felt like Thanksgiving (though it was kind of different celebrating Thanksgiving over egg foo young and with dragons and foo dogs watching you). :)
