I've asked a few people on plurk if they had any announcements that wanted to make and I figured it was best to ask the ooc comm too. We can handwave your character telling Rise to announce it for now. I'

Oh, it can be anything! Opening of a shop, gossip, shoutouts. The kinds of things that you usually hear on the radio, I suppose. |D
