Radio announcements!

I mentioned in one of Rise's posts in the past that she'll be making announcements on the radio show she plans on broadcasting over the network. I've asked a few people on plurk if they had any announcements that wanted to make and I figured it was best to ask the ooc comm too. We can handwave your character telling Rise to announce it for now. I'll be putting up the post in a day or two so if there is anything you'd want to add, please tell me here!
