So for my own plot purposes, starting Tuesday would the hallucinations/paranoia essentially disappear enough that Harry isn't going to be twitching at everything? Also, I've been playing it where he's had a really bad fever and cough the whole time. Would that fever have broken by Tuesdsay?

I guess what I'm basically asking if his symptoms would be back to a bad cold, and if he'd be sane again? Or is this something that would best wait till later in the week?

It would be back to a bad cold! He may still twitch a little, but he would definitely be almost back to normal and no longer paranoid by Wednesday.
