Phase: ¼ Waxing. Nights are clear with a light breeze.
Weather: During the daytime it’s cold but there’s no snow falling for a change. Instead, there’s sleet. The sleet is at least limited mostly to the morning and afternoon while the evenings and night are clear and cold. With sleet and cold weather… comes ice patches. Be on the lookout for them as they do enjoy showing up unexpectedly and tripping people. Enjoy.

- Activity Check. If you haven’t already done so, don’t forget to comment to the AC. Also, don’t forget to check the danger list as well. Keep in mind that the AC ends on Wednesday, November 30 2011 at 11:59 PM CST.
- Applications. As a head's up, applications will be open from December 1st until December 7th so keep an eye out for that. Reserves are always open.
- Reconstruction. The reconstruction is still going on but it looks like a lot has been done. The damage in the first district has been completely fixed and there has been a lot accomplished within the fifth district. NPCs are a bit behind schedule with the illness and snow and all, but they're still working as hard as they can to make sure that everything is fixed in a relatively quick fashion.
- Restricted Access. Sorry, but the fourth district is still off-limits to characters. NPCs are still working to reconstruct and they're still not allowing anyone else to enter this area. At least they've been making some wonderful progress with their reconstruction. As well, access to the sinkhole is still restricted. NPCs are more diligent about this one, however, and will be more proactive about chasing people away.
- Plague. The plague doesn't seem to have gotten worse any more. Thankfully. Characters may notice that they're starting to feel a bit better and that the symptoms are lessening, but the illness is still there. Once the cure is obtained, characters will be cured completely.
