A Dark Dream

Tonight the people of Somarium share a dream. It is a vague dream, remembered only in flashes, but the occurrences are enough to frighten even the most jaded of adults out of a deep sleep, hearts pounding and sweat dripping off their brows. Those that could recall a few details would remember the following:

[To be honest, while Noel liked snow, ice was something she didn't want to see everything covered in. It reminded her too much of the Major and how her mere presence made her risk being encased in Yukinaesa's ice. Well, Jin probably wouldn't go that far, or at least Noel didn't think so, but she still kind of felt that way.

Still... Her pale face, wide eyes, and trembling body made it clear that she was very frightened by this.]

[Akihiko's already up and down in the Dusk's lobby, making sure all the lights and heating are still working. Shinji can probably hear a certain Akita making roooo and hruf noises as she follows him.]

Everything seems to be okay here, Shinji. The lights and heating are all still working but the doors seem to be frozen shut for now...

Frozen shut? Shit. At least the heating and everything is still working.. We'll have to get those doors open sooner or later though.

It's hard to say. We'll need to get people out there to be sure but right now, it's too dangerous, Vermillion. We'll wait for the Inspector's word.

Obviously. It'll probably turn back to normal eventually like usual, but what's worrying me is that the ice is black... We're gonna have to watch out to see if something even worse shows up on top of this too.
