It doesn't take long for him to give up the farce, lowering the hand and turning to face his watcher. Danny's nerves get the better of him, now: his tone comes out sharper than he'd intended.
"What?"

If he was so inclined he would say that he shouldn't be so easily distracted by someone watching, but he didn't. Not yet.
"Che?" He mocked, leaning against the wall slightly, "Nothing, I was only watching. It is not often I see something like that...that." he waved his hand around as if that would emphasise what he was talking about. You know...weird plasma stuff coming out of your hand.

... And whatever it was, this Ezio guy must be finding him lacking. Danny's expression dims at the brief mockery. As nice as he'd thought Ezio was, this version of him might be different. Danny's not going to let himself be caught off guard, if he turns out to have changed for the worse.
Folding his arms, Danny shrugs with forced casualness. "Yeah, you probably won't find much like it here."

Well, nuts. It's one thing to poke around on her own, if she sets a monster loose or something it's only her life at risk, but if there's someone else there...
Wait. Is that kid floating? She stops and watches, then jumps a bit when he blasts a target. Holy crap.

"Whoo!" Danny pumps a fist, smiling widely. "Bulls-eye! That was awesome!" And after all that hard work, he's kind of thirsty. Still grinning, he starts to turn and float towards the door--and screeches to a mid-air halt when he notices his audience.
"Oh. Um--were you, uh, watching that?"

Try a little to the left.

*Had been lining up a shot just before the man spoke, and winds up yelping in surprise, whirling around. (For the record, the shot misses the target entirely.)* Whoa! What--oh... Um--left?
*A quick glance to the singed patch of wall where his blast hit reveals that he went far more left than he should have.* Maybe not.

My apologies, I didn't mean to startle you, Danny.
