[Judith couldn't help but notice Dastan in the distance, facing off against scarecrows. His technique was sloppy, but his attacks were still critical and the sheer power behind them was impressive enough. Those poor scarecrows, being the victims of such ruthless blows didn't look fun... but dishing the blows out sure did.

She smirks and shifts Brionac across her back as she walks closer, arms folded casually across her waist. She simply observes, both amused and interested.]

[It takes one knee to the gut and one large slash of the twin blades to finish off the last scarecrow. Grinning, Dastan twirls his right sword in his hand before a purple haired woman finally catches his attention. He turns fully to her, a small teasing smirk on his lips]

Have you come to watch my work, Judith?

[She tilts her head curiously, almost adorably, smirk still in place. She takes several steps closer, boots lightly kicking through the straw pooling around his defeated victims.]

You simply caught my eye, like you usually do.

[Her comment makes him clear his throat slightly before he chuckles]

Is that so? Then I hope I have managed to impress you.

[As restless as the woman had been feeling as of late with her lack of patients and the absence of certain other things, it wasn`t too much of a surprise that the moment her few appointments for the day had been finished, Naomi decided it was a pleasant idea to leave her lab for a hour or so to get some fresh air. The peaceful village of Espoir was always the place she turned to first in instances like this. A walk outside of the noisy city would do her some good.

And hopefully provide her with a bit of much needed entertainment before she would head out to Sebastian`s little party.

Of course, Naomi hadn`t expected to run into Dastan of all people on her brisk walk. As she`s still uncertain as to where exactly they currently stand, the slender woman is quite content to watch the Prince at a distance, admiring his obvious skill with his blades. It`s the first time she`s had the opportunity to observe him like this outside of his dreams, so forgive the woman if she`s staring a little.]

[His instincts are all out and while he hasn't caught sight of her yet, the Prince knows someone's watching. It's not something he is used to, as he usually trains earlier in the morning, but he doesn't mind, for the moment.

As a rather aggressive scarecrow pushes him back toward a fence, Dastan uses his free-running skills, running up the post before flipping back, his swords slicing through the hay easily. The scarecrow falls on the ground as two pieces and the Persian finally looks back at the person watching him.

Surprise covers his gaze quickly: he hasn't expected that person to be Naomi. The doctor seldom comes to the village, after all. Despite the uneasiness left by their last conversation, Dastan smiles at her as he raises an eyebrow slowly.]

You're staring, Naomi.

[Even if her honesty stung him a bit, the Prince still cares for the woman and is still happy to see her. Hopefully, it is the same for her.]

You'll have to forgive me. It's just a little hard not to at the moment.

[At his smile and slight tease, the woman's rigid posture relaxes nearly instantly, that tiny gesture from Dastan being enough to get her smiling happily again. The doctor honestly is relieved to see that she isn't about to lose someone who has come to mean so much to her. Besides perhaps Javert and Danny, Dastan is easily at the top of her list of people she cares the most about. Even Ezio might be in a bit of a struggle to beat the Prince.

Naomi doesn't move forward from her spot on the path to greet her friend properly, but that is only because she knows much better than to ever step out onto any training ground. She's already pleaded her case about staying out of trouble for the last few months. It wouldn't do any good for her to prove herself wrong by coming home without a limb.]

Don't let me distract you, Prince. I'd hate for those terrifying scarecrows to gain the upper hand against you.

[Dastan chuckles lightly, ducking his head down to hide his slight embarrassment. Even if they would only stay friends, it seems that Naomi would always know how to make him squirm slightly.

He gives a look back at the scarecrow, watching them roll on the ground and fight for the remaining of the limbs around them and shrugs lightly before jogging to Naomi]

I doubt they would ever be able to do so, Naomi.

[He wipes his forehead and slips his blades in their holsters on the back of his armor.]

How have you been?

[Ed's been wandering around exploring when he comes across this. He stops and just watches him for awhile, noting his fighting style.

... Wait. He was fighting scarecrows? What the...]

[Careful now, Ed. Dastan slashes through another scarecrow, accidentally sending the head towards the young man. It rolls at the Alchemist's feet before hopping away, trying to get to its body. Dastan grins sheepishly at that]

....Sorry about that...

[Ed stares at the hopping head, then just shakes his head. He should just get used to seeing weird stuff like that here.]

Is that what people do to spar around here? Use scarecrows? You'd think they wouldn't be a very tough opponent if they're made out of straw.

[The Prince shakes his head slowly]

They are not very though opponent indeed, but for the lack of their skills than their makings. I'd usually train with my brothers, but they stayed in our world. And the one I have made here is currently healing a wound.

[Saki's watching from not too far off in her wheelchair, with an admiring look on her face. She's hardly an expert in fighting, so refinement or not, it's still interesting to watch.

Once he's done because ffff I'm assuming he's not just going to fight forever, she wheels herself forwards.]

That's really impressive! Though I do feel a bit sorry for the scarecrows.

[The Persian turns to the young woman hailing him and smiles at her, obviously pleased with her compliment]

Thank you. Though I do not think the scarecrows mind it at all.

[Dastan nods toward a group of them trying to put their body parts back at the right place]

[She giggles at the sight.]

Looks like it! Then again, I guess they wouldn't really feel anything if they don't have nervous systems.

[He nods, chuckling lightly]

Indeed. I do not believe scarecrow are made to be moving. At least, they are not in my world.

Guess who got his cast off and is totally coming to say hi, Dastan?

It wasn't hard to find Dastan out in the fields of Espoir, putting his skills to the test against the mostly unmoving scarecrows. "Not much of a challenge if you ask me, fratello!" He called out, grinning from his position at the edge of the field. He cracked his knuckles lightly, rolling his shoulders a bit as he strode on over to the other man once he was done.

"Practicing without me?"

At the sound of his brother's voice, Dastan's grin became even wider and he pulled out a throwing knife, pinning the last scarecrow against the fence before he jogged to the Italian.

"Well, seeing that you are out of commission", the Prince started as he nodded toward Ezio's arm, "I thought I'd play around...Oh! You are completely healed?" he said in a surprised tone, finally noting the lack of cast and sling on his brother's arm.

Ezio extended both arms to his side for emphasis, "I would think you of all people would know that, Dastan. being that you haven't kept your eye off me for weeks." he grinned, clapping his brother on the shoulder.

"You couldn't be rid of me forever. I may be a little rusty, so how about we make sure I can still kick your ass?"

A roll of persian blue eyes was all Ezio received as an answer as he clapped the Prince on the shoulder. He hadn't been that bad with his brother, and truly, hadn't the Italian done the same thing when he had been imprisoned?

"I wouldn't dare dream of that, brother. Although, I would not be so sure about you being able to kick my ass."

That wrestling match months ago didn't count; the Prince had clearly not been in his right set of mind after his nightmare. But still, a sparring match with the Italian was something Dastan was actually looking forward to.
