As he waited, Raven busied himself by making himself some cider. He wasn't sure why he enjoyed the drink as much as he was. Perhaps it was because of the cold.

He then leaned against the back counter and tried to guess who would be the first one to arrive. And also hoped no psychos will pop in. Last thing he needed was to clean up a giant mess.

Or a hole in the wall.

"Hey!" Kitchel arrived first, eager to get started, and sat on the end of one of the tables. "Any new ideas about the journal? You've still got it, right?"

Enter the grumpy redhead! Asch looks exceptionally relieved to be at the tavern, though it may have something to do with the fact that he doesn't have his new shadow named Haruhi with him today.

"Hey, Raven, Kitchel," he greeted them both, taking a seat. "And here I thought I'd be early."

Raven grinned at the two. He knew one of them would have shown up first.

"Well, ya can still consider yerself early," he said. "And don't worry, I still have the goods."
