A particularly loud swear comes from the back, before Asch comes out, a finger in his mouth. He stops dead when he sees Luke, though, eyes widening.

"Luke, what the heck were you doing?" he asked, hurrying to the counter and grabbing a blanket he kept under there for emergencies.

Asch chuckled softly, going over and wrapping him up in the blanket.

"You really are like the younger brother," he said fondly, starting to lead him over to the dressing rooms. "Go ahead and dry off inside; I'll grab something dry for you to wear."

Too bad Asch was in the back. Otherwise he would have had the pleasure to see a rather bundled up Raven open the door. He had around, oh, three sweaters, a vest, and a looong trench coat on with about three scarves, earmuffs, and gloves.

And he was carrying a bag.

"H-Hey Asch!" Raven called out as he walked into the store before stopping, raising a brow. Now, he really had never imagined Asch to be the kind of guy to do this sort of thing but when he heard about it. Well. How could he not resist?

Especially when he had some things from a recent desert excursion that needed to be fixed.

Still. This was a bit surprising. And different.

"I'm back here!" Asch's voice came from the back room. "C'mon back, Raven."

"Makin' me do more walkin'...what kind of customer service is this!" Raven called back with a mock whine as he made his way to the back door, opening it.

A blast of warmth hit Raven in his frigid face as soon as he opened the door, thanks to a large heater and a stove going in a small kitchenette off to the side. The back of the store was pretty neat, considering how many bolts of fabric and spools of threads there were all over the place. Asch was sitting at a desk, some papers with child-like drawings of clothes strewn about (obviously, art was not his strong point) that were largely being ignored as he worked on putting the finishing touches on a shirt.

"Hey, be glad I let you back here at all, old man," he teased, not looking up from his work.

Kitchel was in love.

No, seriously.

She had been heading for Tamaki's cafe when she had stumbled across what was, in her mind, the finest store yet opened in this dream world, and had could not have gone inside quickly enough. She was currently sorting through the women's section, head over heels for the idea that, finally, she could do some proper shopping. Of course, it might yet turn out that the storekeeper was a ghost--she hadn't seen him or her around yet--but until then, she was in a blissful heaven.

In fact, to prove her gratitude to whoever had decided to open up this fine establishment, she wasn't even going to walk off with any of their items, but would inquire about how to pay at the counter.

Kitchel ran the bell, a floor-length coat that looked more suitable for the winter weather than her current jacket in her arms. "Hello? Is anybody in?"

"Just a moment!" came a man's voice from the slightly open door behind the counter.

After some shuffling and a soft curse, the door opened all the way, and thankfully the person that stepped out was perfectly, one hundred percent not a ghost.

"Hello there," Asch greeted with a smile. "How can I help you?"

Oh, what a joyous day.

"How do I buy this?"

Asch blinked at the coat curiously.

"That's all you want?" he asked, before bending down slightly, scribbling something on a piece of paper. "Okay. It's yours."
