While it was true that they didn't need to eat in this world, Yukiko had... gotten into the habit of trying to learn how to cook back in Inaba, and she'd be damned if she was going to stop her efforts just because she was, well, in another world. The fact that no one actually had to eat her attempts probably helped.
So she was on her way to a store to acquire groceries when she caught a glimpse of familiar red hair above an equally-familiar school uniform out of the corner of her eye. Yukiko turned to face the girl, who hadn't noticed her yet, though the identity was unmistakable.
"Rise!" She called out in welcome, a smile brightening her face.
Rise looked up and away from her phone upon hearing her name. A smile grew on her face as she turned to see Yukiko nearby.
"Yukiko-senpai!" She immediately pocketed the handheld and made a beeline to the other girl. She was beaming as she grabbed her friend's hand, squeezing hard to make sure that she wasn't dreaming, that the person standing in front of her was real. "You have no idea how glad I am to see you," she said, relief evident in her voice. "I had no idea where I was, so I was beginning to worry. I was just thinking about about calling one of you actually."
She took a quick look at her surroundings before turning back to face her senior. Rise had noticed that Yukiko seemed unfazed by place... as if she were used to it already. It had calmed her somewhat, but despite that she still wanted to confirm it herself. "Where are we, Yukiko-senpai? This isn't the TV World, right?"
hope you guys don't mind me jumping in? >>;rose_devotionJune 6 2009, 14:59:35 UTC
The red haired maiden was slowly loitering the streets with a grim expression on her face. She had been wandering it everyday to figure out something useful, and something that would explain the phenomenon of this world. The things that happened here, did clearly remind her of the Dark Hour in many ways, only there was no shadows to fight.
She saw no monsters that threatened her life, or the fact that personas could be summoned. For some reason, she still pondered about the conversation a month or two ago when she was there before. There were other persona users. Only she didn't know if they were enemies or allies.
Those red hues flickered slightly when she noticed another person not too far from her. Then she glanced over at someone else. There were two people within her distance and they seemed to be conversing. She wondered what they were talking about. Though, nonetheless, she approached them carefully. She heard them speak, but the words were incoherent to her ears. Though one of the voices sounded quite familiar.
It was relieving to see someone familiar but she realized that it wouldn't last. As long as she knew nothing about this world, it was best that she didn't let down her guard. Especially if someone as maniacal as Adachi was possibly on the loose.
She tensed up upon noticing someone else not to far away. Rise had not recognized the person but thought that maybe she was an acquiantance of Yukiko-senpai's. She shook her head, deciding it was probably best not to assume these sort of things. "Senpai, you wouldn't happen to know her would you," she asked in a hushed tone, tilting her head at the newcomer's direction.
[Annnnddd here comes Shiro skipping down the road with a huge bag of cookies in her arms while eating one at the same time. Being Shiro though, she's not paying attention and manages to bump into somebody, scattering her cookies everywhere]
