Jaina was - as per usual - on her way to the library when a young man happened to catch her attention out of the corner of her eye. There was something vaguely familiar about him, though she couldn't remember ever seeing him before. A newcomer, then...? Well, no reason to not be helpful, if that were the case.

She changed direction to walk toward the young man, calling out for him once she was close enough. "Are you new here - are you lost?"

Zelos looked up from his musing, pleased to find a beautiful woman in front of him suddenly. "Not new here, I'm afraid~ Although being gone for over a month might count as that, I suppose," he said, smiling at her pleasantly. "I'm just taking a moment to think over all the changes. I'm very touched by your concern though, my lovely beauty~"

Why, oh why, was she suddenly reminded of a bushy-ponytail-sporting, scruffy older man? Jaina gave Zelos a look - one that he was surely familiar with, questioning such flirtatious behavior ... but not quite rebuking it. "I see - so you've left and returned? How interesting." Jaina paused to consider it. "How much would you say has changed?"

She ignored the bit about her beauty, or her concern for him. This was curious enough for now.

Well, that couldn't be because they were dreadfully similar on some accounts, could they? No. And yes, Zelos was very familiar with that look, especially as of late. He was quite glad to not have her beating him up though quite yet.

"Yup. A few times at least by now. And how much?" he paused, thinking it over. "Well, the number of people certainly have changed. This place is pretty busy compared to the Somarium I'm used to. Not that all of the unfamiliar faces are unpleasant, though~" he said, giving her an appreciative glance.
