[The bartender nods and grabs a small glass before he turns around to chose a Scotch that's of good quality without being too expensive. He place a few ice cubes in the glass before he pours the liquor over it. Pushing the drink in front of the customer, he gives him a good look.]

First time here? I don't think I've ever seen your face here.

[Desmond ignores the pang of pain at the thought that the man might be one of Tifa's regulars, and that he'll have to break the news of her death to him]

[Good. Desmond has learned with Cid that he sucks at delivering bad news to people. The bartender reaches for his own pint of beer and takes a sip before nodding]

Got a special occasion to drink then?

[It's always either a celebration or a way to forget something when it comes to single drinkers like the man sitting in front of him. At least it is in Desmond's experiences.]

[Allen is not a big fan of clubs or bars. However since he was there at the time the first one burned down, he felt he owed it to Desmond to be there when it opened again. So here he is, trying to not attract too much attention even though a few times he's been invited to the dance floor. He politely declines each of them and finally takes a seat at the bar.]

Some fruit juice with ice would be excellent right about now. Oh and a straw if it's possible.

[Since tonight Tim seems quite interested in the drinks.]

[Desmond can't help but to chuckle lightly at the order, though he still makes it]

I'll put 'boxed juice' on my menu for next time you visit, Allen.

[He has to smile a bit at the chuckle. It's good to see Desmond well.]

If it won't be too much trouble.

[Looks behind his shoulder briefly at all of the people generally having a good time.]

I see you have a busy night right from the start. You must be relieved.

[It's not a question of him being well or not, it's a question of Desmond being a master at hiding how he really feels. He still smirks at Allen as he nods]

I'll see what I can do.

[The Assassin's eyes wander through the crowd as well]

Yeah. Although, the regulars from my old club were really anxious to see this one open, so I guess they've been my best publicity.

Crowley walked into the club and looked towards the bar, noticing that there was only one seat left open. He made a beeline towards it and tapped his fingers on the bar trying to gain the bartender's attention.

"Glass of Craig. Straight. And don't be skimpy."

Nodding with a smile to the two rather attractive women that left the counter with their drink, a smile of their own meant for the bartender, Desmond finally turned to the new customer sitting at the bar. Acknowledging the man with a nod, the bartender turned to the vast collection of liquor on the self, going through the whiskey and bourbons twice before going back to the man with a bottle of something else.

"I'm sorry, I don't have any Craig on hand right now. But I've a 10 years old single malt that's pretty nice, instead."

"That will work. Damn whiskey is becoming impossible to find." He accepted the glass that the bartender placed him front of him and gave a slight toast to the man before he took a long drink. The malt was actually very decent and he savored the rest of the glass.

"I'm impressed. This is actually decent liquor." He'd expected to find the bar serving watered down swill, and so was quite glad the bartender appeared to know what he was doing. Perhaps this would have to become a regular place for him to conduct business in. Drunkards were always the best sort of prey after all.

"Well, I do try to have something for everyone's taste in here." Desmond wiped the counter in front of him and shifted his weight to one side, letting her arms cross over his chest. The demand for his drinks had slowed down and he had some time to talk to his newest customer.

"So anything special bringing you here or were you just looking to sample of Somarium's brews?"

Isabelle wasn't about to pass up an opportunity to hit up Desmond's new club. She had been to the old one, after all, and he never batted an eye at that; she had even helped him plan this new one. She was entitled here.

She strode pointedly through the club, making a beeline for the bar, and ignoring all the admiring stares she got from the single patrons. It had been ages since she'd been able to turn heads like that, even if she wasn't about to act on any of them. A wide grin pasted itself on her face as she leaned against the counter, watching Desmond help another customer before offering him a finger-wiggle by way of greeting.

The greeting was returned with a bright smile as he finished another order before he walked over to the young woman.

"You do realize that I can lose my liquor license just because you're here, right?" Though he was mockingly frowning, his tone and the amused light in his eyes made it clear that he was teasing her.

"So? What do you think? Like what I've done with the place?"

"I'm a month from being 18, and no one ever stated how old you had to be to get in," she pouted, matching his mock frown's tone for a moment before letting it crack into a wide grin. With a swish of her skirts, she hopped up onto a stool, leaning against the counter as she glanced around.

"It's great. Better than I expected. I mean, seriously - it's gorgeous, Des."

"I doubt the police force would be lenient for a month. And the law here says that eighteen is the legal drinking age."

Despite his tirade, Desmond mixed her a virgin cocktail, mostly fruit juices and 7-up, plopping a cherry on a sword on the edge of the glass. He didn't need her to draw attention to herself so other patrons would pay her a drink.

He grinned at her approving of his new club: "Thanks Izzy. Tifa helped as well." His brow barely twitched as he said his assistant manager's name. He was still hoping she would showed up again after a week or so, just like Isabelle had months ago.

[something inclined Draco to head into the club that night. He doesn't really know what, but he blames it on past memories that suggested they got on well enough. Besides, he's more than old enough to be in there - at least by his own terms.]

Gin and tonic, if you don't mind.

[Despite carrying a heavy heart for the past few days, Desmond smirks lightly at Draco as he orders his drink.]

Well, well, long time no see, Draco. Did you lost your way to here? I was expecting a visit from you quite early than this.

[he manages well, Draco will say that much; he offers a smirk back.]

Been caught up in a thing or two. And then, last I checked, your club had burned. A tragedy, I must say. Though this place is rather nice.

Nothing illegal, I hope? [Because last time he 'saw' the blond, he was smuggling alcohol and selling the 'talent's of gorgeous women.]

Thanks. I guess it was something of a blessing the old club burned down. It made all this renovations possible. I've always wanted my first club to be more modern look I guess.
