Tear will save you! : 3 yuliafonichymns February 8 2009, 02:37:15 UTC
Tear was a bit confused as the girl looked at her strangely, as if she was fearing her. Did she look intimidating? The brown haired woman didn't know for sure, but she was never was a threatening type of person. Despite her icy comments and her soldier attitude, Tear was pretty much very considerate and kind once she opened up. Even though, she kept her composure during battles and encounters, she was able to express the slightest bit of kindness to others when she wasn't fighting ( ... )

She watched silently as the girl grasped her hand then started to carve invisible letters on her palm. She didn't feel it at first, but then the letters were smelled easily enough for her to understand somewhat. Nill, her name was Nill, the woman would think to herself and surely enough she did point to herself as she said that.

"It's a pleasure to meet your acquaintance Nill," the young woman replied, "Is that... right?" she added.

So she was able to understand! Nill nodded, giving Tear a small smile as she rocked back on her heels.

And yet, there was really no time to waste standing around and doing nothing. Nill turned and looked up the street in the direction they had been heading, looking back at Tear. She wondered if the tavern was close....

That was good. She wasn't good with gestures or writing on hands, but she tried her best. AT least she was right. The tavern shouldn't have been far from here. A few good minutes should be enough. She knew she didn't stray that far from the Tavern. Leaving Nill there seemed safe enough.

Nill was content to follow along behind Tear, taking the time to think carefully about everything. For the umpteenth time that day, she worried about Badou, Haine, and Naoto, hoping that they were fine... and that they weren't worrying about her. Oh, how she hated to worry her friends; they had done so much for her already.

Her wings drooped even lower as she continued to worry, but there was nothing that she could do about anything until she actually found them....

The young maiden continued to walk. It was hard to strike a conversation when the perosn you were with didn't talk at all. Though, Tear understood her reasons, so the woman didn't make such a big deal about it. Tear looked back every no and then to see if the girl was following her. It was just a habit.

The young woman saw her wings slowly drop a bit, and the wondered why. She must be worried about something right? The tavern came in view now, as she could see.

Taking note of the strange building that she spotted Tear looking at, Nill couldn't help but to perk up the slightest bit. They were finally there!

...At least, she thought they were.

After a few longer paces, they have reached their destination. The tavern was in clear view as she remembered. The majour had helped her get there as well as Asch gave her decent directions. Legretta wasn't there anymore, though the girl didn't know why she left, but the majour had her reasons.

"Alright, here we are. There should be tables in there. You can wait for your companions there, since it is safer."

Nill took a tentative step towards the tavern, eyeing carefully for anything... well, anything suspicious. It was merely a habit the young girl had picked up because of her tumultuous early years.

She did, however, turn briefly to give Tear a small, grateful smile and a slight wave; she was grateful that the woman had taken her that far, but she would go in by herself. It wasn't as if she was going to be in there very long, anyway; her friends would come.

The woman looked at her once more over with a small brief smile on her face before she started to leave, "If there is anything else you need, you can call me up," she briefly replied. She didn't really get the concept of 'calling' but if she played with her Dreamberry enough she should be able to get those things working.

Even though she truly didn't understand what Tear meant, she nodded anyway; she would figure it out in time, perhaps. She watched Tear walk away for a moment longer before she, herself, finally turned and headed in her own direction.
