[Watching the boy and dog tumbling about was enough to get Zack to grin widely as he hopped down off the porch and into the grass, keeping a watchful eye on them for a moment before he turned to let them have fun. Seph really needed to loosen up, and not just as a grown man. This would do him a lot of good....if he didn't get bowled over by the nearly full grown dog he was playing with, anyway.

A pup with Soldier's energy, after having been pretty cramped in the house for nearly a week...maybe staying in the yard all day wouldn't be a good idea. He'd need the room to run, and there was only one place Zack could think of that would give them the room. Now it was just a matter of getting the young boy before him to leave the safety of the house.]

Hey, Seph, you wanna go to the park? There's a lot more room to play there.

[ Riku had one foot in the door of the moving into the house, so to speak. The teen was still a little stunned at the effect the card seemed to have on the SOLDIER General as he walked through the gate of the yard just as Sephiroth and Soldier had gotten through the door. Just as Zack offered his suggestion for the park. ]

I think there's more things to do there too. [ Riku isn't sure if he's allowed in this party. But he'll just mosey on in here. He could just join in the suggestions before going inside to say hello to Tifa. ]

[Soldier, hearing the word "park", perked his ears and barked happily, hauling the frazzled boy back towards the patio where the others waited. Risking being drug or dropping the leash - which he'd never do - Sephiroth chugged along after the hefty pup, finally jerking him to a halt with a grunt of exasperation.]

...the park?

[Confusion warred with trepidation; it sounded like something enjoyable, certainly Soldier here thought so, but he'd never been to a "park" before, and new things generally came with unpleasantness. ...at least, back in the Tower, they had.

He looked from Zack to Riku, wondering how to ask in such a manner as not to cause offense.]

Wh-what's a "park", sir?

[Riku's entrance gained him a grin and a wave in greeting before Zack stepped over to head Soldier off from bolting back to the house and the front door. Once that was done, he looked up at his friend and tilted his head.]

Well, every one of 'em's different, but a park is this big place that's open and full of grass and trees. It's kinda like here, but it's wide open with a lot more room to run. Soldier loves the place, but I think you got that already.

[And with that, he ruffled the pup's ears. Silly dog was so silly.]
