There was a soft giggle behind the doctor as Alice had heard the whole conversation the Doctor had had with himself and really, she couldn't help but giggle. The Doctor was always such a talker, no matter what his form was.
"No fez, Doctor," she called out from behind him. "And we have all sorts of ponds in Somarium in the village and the city!"
The Doctor spun on his heels, turning to face Alice with interest. The light voice behind him had caught his attention and he leaned forward slightly to get a better look at the giggle girl who called his name.
"Hello! And who might you be?" Somarium? The name did not ring any bells to the Doctor, but he filed it away nonetheless, offering her a bright and cheerful smile. "Are they the walks on two legs sort of Ponds or the damp and fish-filled sort of ponds?"
"My name is Alice, Alice Liddell," she curtsied in greeting to the Doctor. "And you are the 11th Doctor, although you don't seem to remember coming here... but neither did the 10th Doctor," she pressed a finger to the side of her mouth. "I wonder why you never remember coming to Somarium! Oh but, Somarium is a dream realm on the planet Hypnosia! And there might be some walking ponds... we do have a lot of them after all and it is a dream world!... You... don't remember me though..." her face fell a little and she gave a slight pout.
Giotto had been watching The Doctor talk to himself with amusement. The blond had been out to take care of some business when he saw the other man. He hadn't ever seen that kind of reaction to waking up in Somarium, granted he didn't run into many people when they first arrived. When the man started saying something about ponds Giotto's intuition led him to believe that The Doctor wasn't talking about a body of water.
"Perhaps they haven't arrived yet." He said as he approached the other. "Or they're here and have yet to find you. It's improbable to tell unless you check your phone. Forgive me for eves dropping, you seem to be new here."
The Doctor regarded the man approaching him with distracted interest. It took a moment for his train of thought to reach the end of Giotto's comments as he took in the city around them.
"Hm? Yes. Of course. That's certainly possible." He leaned in closer, his eyes scanning Giotto. His words were low as if they were at the back of his thoughts even as he said them. "It's fine. I don't mind, really. I'm called The Doctor, by the way." Standing back up, he held his hand out in offer to the other man with a cheerful smile, seemingly unperturbed by the strangeness of the city he had found himself in.
If Giotto minded the Doctor looking him over he didn't show it. Instead he just returned the Doctor's smile with one of his own. "An interesting name, I'm Ieyasu Sawada." He said as he shook the other man's hand. "As to where you are this is the city of Somarium. A bit of a strange place, but fairly harmless so far."
With the new school year swiftly approaching, Haruhi had returned to her usual library routine. She knew she ought to review and prepare for her final year of high school, which was why she was wandering through Somni on her way home. Sure, there was a library in that (obnoxiously large) home, but it wasn't the same as actually going to a library, which had a lot more options and a better studying environment. In any case, she wasn't paying much attention as she walked, looking through the bag slung over her shoulder to check for something when she nearly walked right into the Doctor's back.
She caught herself just in time, however, and looked up and blinked.
There was a moment of pause when Haruhi took in just whom she was seeing, and then a smile appeared on her face when she'd processed it (though forgetting in the pleased realisation that there was always the chance he wouldn't remember his last stay in Somarium). "Doctor!"
Hearing his name so close snapped the Doctor out of his rambling thoughts, as he spun rapidly around, nearly smacking right into Haruhi as he did. He tried to remember if he knew this young girl, but nothing came to mind right away. Still. Life of a Time Traveler. He smiled brightly at her, his eyes going soft the way they did around younger people.
"Sorry, hello there!" That bright and cheerful smile met Haruhi even as he continued to try and come up with a name to go with the face before him. "Lovely day, isn't it?"
She'd almost forgotten, having most recently spent time with his (relatively) more composed ninth self, how very flaily he could be. But then, when the last time she'd spoken with this version of him he'd not been smiling, she was also somewhat relieved to see him back to normal. Even if normal was still pretty ridiculous.
His response was vague enough that she couldn't be completely certain whether he remembered being here before, but when she took a moment to think she began to suspect he didn't. "I suppose it's all right," she said, glancing up at the sky; and then, because it was always better just to be direct, "You don't know where you are, do you?"
Chances of the Doctor returning was always possible, Amaterasu wondered when and what would happen if he did. The chances were lower to the possibly of him remembering his stay here, or not remembering. Usually the case was they didn't, the Sun Goddess wasn't sure how she would react to the later. But it wouldn't change what she felt for the Timelord, she still wanted to learn more about him, get to know him further. It'll probably be odd on his end if he didn't know her, but Ammy never thought about things like that. Deep down she was like a domestic dog, the wolf's personality usually revolved around that high point in her attitude

The Time Lord stumbled a few steps back in surprise at the impact, blinking as he looked down at the wolfy woman whose arms were wrapped around him. The lines on his forehead creased and rose with mild confusion as hi hesitantly patted her on the back. Back? Back from where? Had he been here before? He looked around for any familiar sight, but just as before, none met his eyes.
"Yes, that's me. Hello! I'm here." He smiled, despite his confusion, fascinated by the appearance of this person.
The Goddess takes to clinging onto him a moment longer, but as she tilts her head up to peer up into his face.. she can tell that he does not recognize her. Something drops in her heart, she can't make out the feeling of it precisely.. sadness? That could be part of it. Ears droop a little, the brush-like tail slowing its quick pacing as she thinks over for a moment. It was unfortunate he did not remember, but that did not mean she could not try again

There's another person behind you, Doctor. She's eyeing you; that conversation you're having with yourself does seem quite suspicious. ...If nothing else, it was amusing.
"Excuse me sir, what 'Ponds' are you looking for?"
"Yes! Ponds! Two of them." He smiled at the question, very animated in his responses with gestures of his hands and expressions. "One of them is tall, pretty, very ginger. Very loud and talkative. Very likely going to punch me in the arm if she hears that." He glances around for signs of Amy. "The other one, a little less tall he has a-" The Doctor made a gesture with his hand as if stretching his nose. "Very pointy. Not that that's a bad thing of course. Have you seen them? They answer to Amy and Rory. I told them to stay put but they never listen." No one ever did. It was a problem really.

Naoto doesn't quite frown, but she doesn't quite smile either. Maybe suspicious wasn't the word. Strange seemed much more like it. Her gestures are considerably less...animated than the doctors; "I see. I don't believe they've arrived, but we'll be on alert."
