[The wolf was so excited to have had her beloved buddy back, it had been so long after all. The way they departed from another too worried her, so all these emotions came flying out after he had arrived in Somarium. She naturally would like for

The wolf pushes up to her feet and pads over to him, sitting down with a peer up and whine. Hey bro, have you seen her bff?]

[looks down at her.]

[yeah he can't speak dog.]

What? Somethin' wrong?

[soloriens]

[Ammy will settle to nuzzling against him, wagging her tail as she whines a bit dejectedly. She'll get to telling him, but for now she would like some pettings.]

[Ragna was just wandering at the moment, laying low and trying to make sense of this place. It's not working. During his walk, he happened to come across a weird looking dog? Looks more like a wolf, but. Wolves he sees normally don't generally look like this one.]

What the..?

[A few huffs emit from the wolf, a little downcast as she tries to shake off this defeated feeling. It had to be better her friend was back home, but man she had enjoyed the thought of him here..

Amaterasu glances over to the man, blinking before tilting her head. You talking to her, bro?]

[Indirectly, one can say he is "talking" to her. Though more or less stating his confusion aloud. He's never seen a wolf like this before, so he's admittedly sort of curious.]

[He just kind of looks at the wolf for a bit. Something like this isn't really relevant to him but.]

[Well your staring is enough to have her getting up and padding on over, curiously eying him as she approaches.]

[Kotetsu is one of those people that happens to care greatly about the well being of others. His friends, his family, and even random bystanders. He's a Hero, the safety and health of everyone is a top priority to him. And that can even include the safety and health of animals; innocent and driven purely on instinct, even they deserve to be treated fairly.

So when he sees a rather large, white dog... or, at least, that's what he'll assume it as, downed and looking pretty much the definition of defeated, he can't turn a blind eye.

He inches up slowly toward the creature, as to not startle it, and asks in a resounding, but not intimidating tone:]

Oi, you alright there doggie?

[soloriens]

[Amaterasu's head lifts, sniffing in the approaching man's direction. There's a lot new faces she has yet to meet and familiar herself with, including this one, and by the concerning look and curious tone she can tell he doesn't mean any harm or anything.

She moves to sit up, tail wagging slowly before barking out to him.]

[And that bark gets a head tilt out of this old man, but doesn't halt his approach. He takes the remaining steps needed to be in front of the animal (he doesn't yet think of her otherwise), and before saying another word or reaching out to pet her, he merely holds his hand out as an offering.

What's the worst that can happen? He can lose his hand. But he's not that dense, he can understand a visual cue when he sees it. A wagging tail is a good, friendly sign.]

[The offered hand gets first contact with a wet nose, the wolf taking to sniff at it before briefly nudging it atop her muzzle and then her head. She leans into it, as though encouraging the man to pet her. Despite a wolf, she very much acts like a domestic canine. She doesn't resist nuzzling at the hand though, clearly affectionate.

Of course, in her own way she's also greeting him more properly.]

[Polka spotted a familar doggy face when she was picking flowers, so she walks over]

Hey there [she beams, putting her hand down to pet you] You seem upset, is everything alright? Did you eat something bad?

[worried for you.. :(]

[Polkaaaaaa! Oh how she has missed you, you're getting tackled with loving doggy kisses and nuzzles. Of course she's careful as to not really knock her down, but she's still jumping up to give those licks.

After she whines, ears pressing back. She's okay, just sad. :( ]

{Awww.. ammy, Polka's missed you too and pets you more while you've calmed down]

Is there anything I can do to cheer you up?

[she didn't know why her friend was sad, but if she could do anything to help, she will.]

[Her tail wags visibly, resting her head against the girl as she relaxes. She's enjoying her company, so perhaps some time to spend with her will help cheer her up. She responds with more loving nuzzles, clearly wanting her attention.]

[She doesn't know a lot about animals, but she knows about body language, and that kicked puppy look has her worried.

Namine comes up beside her and gently gives Ammy a rub on the head.]

Ammy? Are you okay?

[soloriens]

[Hello Namine, she's leaning into that gentle touch with a soft coo-like whine. Her tail starts to wag, content with that comforting touch before she nudges her muzzle up to nuzzle against the hand.

She's okay! See? She's not hurt! Just, sad is all.]

[She lightly smiles, now seeing her in slightly better spirits. But Namine gets the feeling that whatever it is, it's probably still bugging her.

She keeps her hands on her head, lightly rubbing the white fur with her fingertips.]

What's wrong?

[Eyes close at the petting, drifting into content at the company and pettings. At the question though, she's answers by writing it out.]
