[Free mingling!

The cheery crackling of the bonfire is sure to provide warmth for quite a distance around it, so if you've got anything that needs drying, bring it out here and have at it. Of course, said fire is great for warming up those crazy canned goods everyone is sure to have, so if you want a warm meal in this weather, there's no harm in doing so.

The fire's also great for curling up nearby with that special someone, and Zack promises to not tease any lovebirds he sees.]

Aw, man... [Hear that right behind you, Zack? That's the sound of a mock-complaint.] And here I was hoping I'd get to light the fire.

[He's not actually disappointed, but he's not above ribbing Zack again, either.]

[At the sound of Lloyd's mock-complaint, Zack turns and taps his forehead with two fingers even as he grins wide.]

That was if I couldn't see straight, man. I'm good.

[Lloyd plops himself down on a log near the fire, taking off his gloves so he can enjoy the warmth directly. That, and the gloves could use a chance to dry, settled on the log beside him. Not all of the wood he'd helped collect had been dry.]

I could fix that, you know. [He tosses Zack a grin.] We still haven't had a chance to spar.

Speaking of which, did you ever find another sword?

[Didn't bring dinner of your own? That's perfectly fine, too. There's plenty to go around for people who show up, with things like fresh meat (roasted venison and a bit of beef), canned goods like corn, peas, carrots, and beans, and plenty of cold clean water to drink.]

[Sephiroth's just finishing roasting another haunch, it laden with sauce and spices. ShinRa's General is surprisingly a passing fair cook, given that eating food provided by SOLDIER was akin to eating out of a garbage can, so.

He's busy with carving and slicing, but working diligently. Fresh meat, provided just that morning.]

[Twilight trotted up right at sundown, legs a bit wobbly from working all day. She felt a bit bad about not bringing anything, but accepted the cup of nice cold water gratefully. Using magic to hold it aloft, she drank deeply, then found a nice, out-of-the-way spot to simply sit for a few minutes.]

Angeal may have felt like he'd be not-so-good company, but Zack has never cared about that and he just plops himself down on the bench opposite Angeal, leaning forward on the table with a slightly concerned look in his eyes.
