Seems like this place can pull people out from any place and any time. Example. I know someone from my world who's apparently years in the past from my point. Heard of some folks who don't have as much of a time gap, but things are still goin' on somehow back where we're from.

Sounds like one of those children's books, where time freezes in one world while the hero of the story goes off to explore a whole new world.

Well, I think we've salvaged all we can. Any ideas on anyone around here who's handy with building houses? Because I certainly don't know much about that.

Don't know of anyone, but heard the locals were goin' around repairing everything. They did it last time the city was damaged, so they'll probably get around to it if you don't find someone else.

But at least the locals seem to know how to deal with everything.

If it were left to just us, I bet nothin' would happen seein' how must of the "other" populace seem to just sit around and not do anything.
