The Big C and Life Update

Hello all,  Okay,now I bet you're all pretty sick of hearing about my nan, and more has been going on between just that. So I'd like to basically share the last two weeks, so I don't type something later that confuses people.

Two weeks ago I found out about nan, and got my grade for my work, so I was in bit of a weird state. University still carries

The school did 'Outstanding'? Got to admit that's surprising to me at least :/ Things must have changed.

To be honest, you never liked Chalfonts much did you? Either way, that's how they did. Things have only changed in the Art department, Stockford's in charge (and married so her name is now Mrs Blick) now, and they've got a creative diploma which is pretty epic actually.

Digital Art, Media Studies and Music together. I'd a pretty epic sounding course

If you'd of stayed on Facebook you would have seen that Becki and Iyad are now engaged since November last year. xD

To be honest I was ambivalent about Chalfonts - I think because you only really did Media with me you were mainly around at the times I didn't like, especially as you know how I feel (felt) about Michie. Not totally undeserved as he really tried to discourage me from applying to Cardiff as my chances were slim (due to it being a "very good, and popular university"). Various other stuff, too. Got to admit he shut up when I got my A-level results though, so never mind

Oh man, I hate bad breath too. I have such a precise sense of smell that bad breath is something I pick up on very quickly. It's so bad for me I actually hang out with friends less if they have bad breath, so if you have it you're not even considered for a potential partner.

In general I need partners to smell good for me. This is why I like mating and werewolf fics so much- the idea of finding a partner by smell alone is a very powerful thing for me.

I met a guy last year that I just couldn't handle cause he had bad breathe. >.> It was disgusting.

I agree with the smell, natural smell as well. There's something about how people smell is definitely a quality, I think if I had another one on the list that would be the next item XD

Me and Jack are trying to work out what to dress as for your birthday. I showed him 'Beyond the Deepwoods' after you said your birthday might be literary and was like.. 'YOU. DRESS AS TWIG NOW' but he wasn't having any of it. : ( My 15 year-old girl fantasies of twig will never come true.. I might be able to convince him to do Cloudwolf however.. om nom.

Thank you, I've already found most of my outfit to be honest. Tonks is easy to dress up as.

I know you don't, and to be honest, the Remus Tonks relationship will always be my favourite bit cause I've always had done. The back story is more awesome than the actual story of Potter.

My birthday is now ANY fancy dress so whatever you like, but I still think you two would be awesome as Beyond the Deepwoods characters XDDD Cloudwolf FTW.

I still don't know if I'll be able to make it to your birthday as someone else invited me to something last month that is the same date so I may have to juggle things about a bit!
Will think of costumes though just in case :3

Oh yeah and I totally get the whole personal smell thing, like how each person you know has a particular scent. I tend to pick up on it quite easily, as weird as it sounds (stalker!) I could probably identify which friend a jumper belonged to or something if I just sniffed it XD
I can't help it, some people just smell really nice <3

Sad face about you not being able to come! I hope you can if you can wangle it!. My parents demanded it to be the Friday as I think they'd organized a guest list and contact Reflex and all sorts now XD

LJ is for venting! You can always talk to your flist about your Nan or what ever you need to! that's the great thing about having friends you don't really know! You can tell them things you would not tell your RL friends!
