I can totally spoil you in E-mail if you really want, but the short story is that after years and years of the other writers completely ignoring the ship when they should have gotten together after the freaking Thrawn trilogy, Timothy Zahn got his hands on it again and made things right. And retconning some of the wtfier things along the way. *hugs Zahn*

Yeah. I give them credit for trying- I mean, killing Chewie's really pretty ballsy and I'd be behind it in theory... AND THEN THEY MAKE A MOON FALL ON HIM and ruin it. The execution of things wasn't always the greatest.
