Micas had not expected to be missed so quickly, the sound of her name snapping her out of her brooding. A part of her still wanted to hide, but the tone of his voice made her heart catch in her throat. He didn't just need something from her. He was worried.

Another half-second of hesitation- confusion and doubt- before she reached out to touch his arm. A silent invisible reminder that she was still there. She did not dare to let herself be seen yet, though, knowing it would be obvious that she had been crying. She did not want to facilitate any more upset that she already had.

Still unsure of his place within... was this a tribe?- Kit had kept from following any of the others. Instead, he hitched his wings slightly and re-folded them against his flanks, watching as the man before him called for the woman that had previously vanished in a welling of magic.

He stayed silent, unwilling to intrude on the moment, wondering if, perhaps, he should have gone as well, despite his bulk and graceless movement in such crumbling landscape.

Tyr felt the worry drop away in a rush, reassured by the invisible touch. The tension fell from his shoulders and the tips of his ears began to pink, suddenly a bit embarrassed at how quickly he had lost his composure. Nonetheless, he was relieved to know that she hadn't disappeared and he brought up his hand and placed it atop the one that still rested on his arm.

"Sorry," he began, clearing his throat "I..." Tyr stopped when he realized that even after letting him know that she was nearby, Micas remained invisible. Grasping her hand he turned and brought it down to hold it between his own palms, thumb absently petting along the back of her hand. Looking up to where her face would be he asked "Are you alright? Is there something wrong?"

With a tiny audible sigh, Micas had to admit to herself that his observant nature, and care for her well being, were two of the qualities that endeared him to her. Even if it meant she couldn't hide things from him as much as she might have liked. Wiping the tears from her face with a hasty hand, she eased visible and smiled at him, an awkward tense smile with a little bit of a tremble in it, but one which carried through to her large eyes all the same. Curling her fingers around his hand, she shook her head, ducking her head in embarrassment, letting her hair fall into her face concealingly. But she knew that would be an ambiguous answer. No, she wasn't all right? No, there's not anything wrong? Both were true to an extent, but she knew she would be fine ( ... )

Though he'd been previously introduced by Sir Dunkirk, as well as himself, it was still a bit of a new experience to have these (or any, really) beings approach him. The surprise fell from his face in an instant, schooled into a more friendly expression as he dipped his head to better see the two.

Gently, he allowed his nose to dip as well, tilting the side of his muzzle into her hand. "Well met," he offered, not quite a proper introduction, but much better than their first meeting. Not to mention that it was meant for the man, Tyr, as well.
