i havent heard of it, but i was sure it existed
because at the University of the Philippines (where i graduated), there is a tradition sometime in December
(but i dont know the exact date)
when members of a fraternity
(my office mate tells me it apo, alpha phi omega)
run naked - it is called the oblation run.

(yes, no typos. they run naked through the university, ending in the oblation - it's a piece of scupture)

and i know they must have copied it from somewhere.
except they upped the ante a bit.

Haha! That reminds me of a tradition at my University (which I never had the opportunity to witness, unfortunately) called the Undie Run. Students would run all the way through campus to the sports field in just their underwear. X)
