Oh my god! This is the hottest thing ever! The look of concentration on Spock's face and his slight blush from what they're doing or the physical exertion, IDK too hot. And he's going on tiptoe for thrusting and, and, wow.

It was hot in the story. So damn smoking hot, but the visual is astounding. I love how Kirk's practically bared to the room but we get only the slightest peek at Spock's pert bottom. Just, guh. GUH!
