I cant seem 2 find the time 2 post on here and on my live journal...i guess i can start copying and pasting...but anwhooo...cheerlaeading is awesome...the only drawback is that u can do anything involving ut shoulders, stomach, knees, thighs, calves, feet, back, neck, wrists, or chest, for abotu 3days after practice...those workours are horrible...
