I won't actually be offline for this convention, if everything goes right. So I don't know why I'm throwing all these things up at the last minute. But I am! I guess there's nothing like needing to work on one thing to want to work on something else...

Battlestar Galactica-I just recently got Directv(the local cable doesn't offer scifi channel)..you're right-a fine show. I've only watched a few shows, other than the first one recorded for me by Duryea. I take it the human looking Cylons are cyborgs/clones-biological bodies,with at least some electronics merged with the brain? I like the overall look of the show. One thing I wish they would do-show random equipment failures-parts wear out-especially parts they don't have the facilities to make. Engines quit. Can they mine/smelt/machine/cast metal parts? Refine oil for lubricants and plastics? If a ship's engines quit,could they push/tow it?
Starlight-one of the things I miss about living out-of-town. Starlight really can't be appreciated in town with all the light pollution..
Manga/anime-some of it I like..
