Yes, that's exactly what he's doing. Here's the video. He's specifically invoking the World War II internment camps as a positive thing that should be done again. He uses it to talk about Nazis, but the overwhelming number of people in those camps were ANYONE JAPANESE.

Good grief. I drove past Manzanar on the trip to San Diego. I drove past Tulelake (another camp) on the way back from Oregon. I think anyone calling for the return of such camps should spend a bunch of time in such camps themselves, similar to how Abraham Lincoln suggested that the people who are most in favor of slavery should themselves be enslaved to see how much they like it.

The extra level of obnoxious about all that was that being a Nazi sympathizer did NOT get you locked up during the war.
