Lolol!! I read this a gigglesnorted (yes, i actually snorted) whilst reading it. I think my stepmum thinks i've gone crazy. Also, your Arthur is a little teeny weeny bit obsessed =DD I love it :PP
Continue, as fast a possible -glares while holding wooden spoon- else i will have to MAKE you hurry!!
I'm sure round table have multiple uses. ;) (No, I'm not imagining what king Arthur is doing on/under the round table with the royal sorcerer. All right, maybe I am. *hides*)
"I guess it's time for the brighter side of the coin to finally make sense of Arthur's strange behaviour and take him to bed." I think you're right. The problem is, Arthur would insist that he's the brighter side and not Merlin. *prays for Arthur's enlightening* ;)
So the reason Arthur had the Knights of the Round Table (instead of Knights of the Normally Shaped Table) was not, as some might think, due to a desire for equality (which, now that we're learning about Arthur when he was still a prince, doesn't exactly fit his character), but so he could harmlessly escape from sight, even when drunk. Clearly they left the tablecloths out in the pictures because it didn't look manly enough XD
I'm sure there was someone (Merlin?) smart enough at court to find a more abstract and noble reason for Arthur's peculiar wishes. ;)
"Clearly they left the tablecloths out in the pictures because it didn't look manly enough" *nods* Clearly. After all, Arthur has the sense of propriety. ;)

Arthur hiding under a table with no tablecloth? *giggles*
I really really enjoyed this chapter, but really Merlin could start showing some affection ;-)

Maybe he does, but Arthur is too dim focused on his own plans to notice? ;)
I'll try to include it in the next chapters. Thank you!

The mystery of the round table is solved!
And Arthur, I love you, but you are an idiot. Poor Merlin look-a-like Nathalie.
I guess it's time for the brighter side of the coin to finally make sense of Arthur's strange behaviour and take him to bed.
