I love it. I feel like JaBun is always better when there is music and food and they just have so much potential to be rich with culture and things like that and are so good hanging out together...also, now I'm starving! I am in love with their lives here.

Thanks, Bunny. I just wanted to fill their lives with all kinds of things that I love. It's the kind of poor with money, rich with life, bohemian lifestyle I dreamt of when I was young. XD

That was very sweet. I liked it for a lot of reasons:

1. It takes place in San Francisco, which is my hometown. ^^
2. It has Marui focusing on music, which is so underused in fiction even though it's supposed to be his favorite subject.
3. These two really don't get enough love.

1. Yay for San Francisco. I love visiting that city.
2. I love bringing in little details from the fanbooks. Marui's favorite subject is music and Jackal's is English. I wanted to focus in on those points.
3. They really don't. I'm all about bringing Marui and Jackal to the forefront of fiction.

Marui later found out that Jackal wasn't gay so much as Brazilian, and Marui had the best ass he'd ever seen.
there is not enough :D in the world to express the :D-ness of that line
for some reason I totally believe that marui and ohtori (OMG OHTORI SQUEE!) would be great friends. maybe it's transitive b/c of jiroh or something. this fic was beautiful, and omg it just reminds me why I love your writing. <3
