[He poked his head out of his room first, glancing up and down the hallway a few times. When he noticed that indeed no one was around, he brought out the rest of his body along with the rather nicely wrapped and slightly heavy box, which he tucked securely under his arm as he walked carefully out towards the flagship proper.

Keeping his eyes out for a head of blue, he grinned when he spotted her, speeding up just slightly before falling into step with her on her right.]

'Morning, Selene. Fancy seeing you here.

[The added presence warranted a glance at least, since Selene hadn't really expected company. Not that the ship wasn't a populous place but she imagined the other officers were busy tending to their own business around this time]

Where else would I be?

[That would be her, looking puzzled]

... Right. Well. [He scratches his head for a moment, glancing to the side just a little. Well, so much for a conversation starter. Good going Aaron. Clearing his throat once, he stopped in front of her and held out the box.]
