Lifes been great and I have not posted for awhile. I quit smoking 2 weeks ago and thats a killer habit to break. God only knows what kind of poison they put in them to keep you hooked. I won't even be proud until after 9 months passes toba cco free, because i quit 2wice for nine months and went back. Write more later.....

Well I've been on vacation for a little over 2 weeks and it has been wonderful. Life is good, and I'm energized enough to finish out the year with murderers, molestors, armed robbers and the like. Well this is a week of training. Each year for 40 hours we have to train, or update our certification. It's really like a week's vacation to me. It is really boring. God, Bush's State of the Union address last night was a real joke. He is a pathetic excuse for a man, let alone a president. I am soooo glad it's the weekend! This week was difficult, and seemed long, but I know that was because of the 2 real early mornings I had! Whew!! Well its been a good work week but a long one. There were 2 mornings that were real early ones for me, but I find that going to bed before 8p your sleep is much more sound. Well today was a really tough day. I had to get up at 3:30A to be at work by 5A because we had an inmate that needed surgery so you have to have them there earlier. The whole day I was asked to sit on, (that means watch), female inmates. They are the worst!! I would rather deal with 100 male inmates than 1 female inmate. Well here goes. I am starting my new position at the facility I work for today. I have been at this job for over 10 years, so I guess it's about time they gave me a good position, (in my mind it's good).
