So, Friday is the last Caprica episode before it goes on hiatus. (Possibly until fall? Did I read that right?) Personally, I think that might be a mistake for them because there have only been a handful of episodes and, while I love the show a lot, the plot is rather slow-moving. I dunno, I think they should have skipped this hiatus business to ( Read more... )

The buzz has been increasing with Caprica, so i am hoping that the break means people will catch up on the episodes to date. However such a long hiatus for shows with onoing plots (Like V too) seems really strange and counter intuitive.

Yeah, I'm of 2 minds. On the one hand, more people might be inclined to try it over the break if there are only a few episodes to catch up on. On the other hand, I feel like most of the eps so far have been laying groundwork or the "setting up the action" eps that slowly build. By the time fall comes around, a lot of people will have forgotten the little things.

I believe V did a "catch up" thing this week. But I agree !

Happy Town (Apr 28) looks like it might be interesting.

Justified which just started a couple weeks ago is good, as is Parenthood which started about a month ago.

I'm not really looking forward to anything else. I kind of quit SGU and Caprica.

Happy Town...that sounds familiar. Is Amy Acker going to be in that?

I LOVE JUSTIFIED SO MUCH, I MUST USE ALL CAPS. Seriously, so much love. If you come across any comms or icon posts, let me know. I am crap at making icons, but feel I need a Raylan icon in my life.

I know a lot of people abandoned SGU & Caprica. I can definitely see how they wouldn't appeal to everyone. SGU I loved right away, but Caprica had to grow on me a bit.

This Friday's Caprica ep is killer! We got to see it at the Paley Center screening/panel thingo. Anyway I want it back already. :/

Also Doctor Who comes back April 3rd! (April 17th it starts airing on BBC America.)

Well... The Pacific started 2 weeks, and will continue on for another 8 weeks. That is about all I have time for at the moment, but I need to make time for Treme on April 11th. :D

TREME!! How could I forget that?? I've only been looking forward to it for over a year.

I plan to watch The Pacific, but I'll probably wait until it's all aired.
