Syfy cancels 'Caprica'
The remaining first run episodes of Caprica - airing Tuesdays at 10/9c - will be removed from the schedule as of next Tuesday, November 2. So, it looks like that proposed BsG web series prequel Blood & Chrome is going to be a tv series now. (Or was it always going to be on tv and I'm misremembering?) Anyway, I'm glad. They decided to bring back Caprica earlier than originally planned, which was January 2011, I think. Caprica will now premiere October 5th after SGU (Tuesdays), and the Sanctuary premiere will be pushed back to October 15th (Fridays). SGU stays the same, premiering September 28th.

So, Friday is the last Caprica episode before it goes on hiatus. (Possibly until fall? Did I read that right?) Personally, I think that might be a mistake for them because there have only been a handful of episodes and, while I love the show a lot, the plot is rather slow-moving.
