So, apparently at the Alice in Wonderland panel at Comic Con, Tim Burton announced that he is going to remake the vampire soap opera Dark Shadows...with Johnny Depp as Barnabas Collins. Tim Burton & Johnny Depp, you say?? I AM SHOCKED BY THIS PAIRING. I'm beginning to suspect that "making a movie" is really just an excuse for them to hang out together. Not that this is a bad thing. I've loved just about everything Tim Burton does, especially with Depp. (Five bucks says Helena Bonham Carter will be in it also.)
Amanda Ghost has produced a cover of "I'm Every Woman" featuring Roisin Murphy & Sinead O'Connor (among others) to benefit ActionAid, which you can download free here.
I think most people have heard of Wizard Rock (or Wrock), which is fan music inspired by Harry Potter. Well, now there's Time Lord Rock (Trock). Fan music for Doctor Who! Check out the band Chameleon Circuit on MySpace. They're really quite awesome, actually.
As a tribute to David Tenant's Tenth Doctor, here is a montage of him saying "sorry" a lot. 120 times, apparently. No, really. (Note: There's some articles about Torchwood "Children of Earth" listed on the side, but I don't see anything too spoilery in the excerpts.) Also, in the comments is a response video of him saying "well" a lot (youtube).

There will possibly be a Blade prequel about Stephen Doff's character Deacon Frost. Huh. That could be cool. Frost was a fun villain.
There's also going to be a remake/reboot of The Crow?! Why??
