Wow... I had the same plot idea a few weeks ago. ;)

Um... personally, I think Elizabeth and Rodney would be a little awkward around a baby at first, but after a while they'd get used to it and be FIERCELY protective parents.

As for John, he said in Childhood's End that he doesn't have any children "yet," so I would imagine he's not opposed to the idea.

Its funny how one plotbunny of what was supposed to be a sequel branched off and created its own universe.

I'm going through my writing journal and tagging all the entries a little more organized. That is why I commented to such an old comment:)
