i made strawberry sorbet today. yum.

yesterday i went to the hillsboro farmer's market with ignavus and windandsky and picked up a half flat of strawberries with the intention of making strawberry sorbet. a couple years ago i made some strawberry sorbet and decided to add some lemon zest along with the lemon juice. i did that again this time. it was pure yum ( Read more... )
