Most of you have probably heard me talking about my son Diego - that he is a music student and that he belongs to a couple of bands and plays gigs around Vancouver. This summer he busked in Vancouver, primarily at Kits beach, with his friend Robin, who plays marimba, while he played congas. Beautiful weather. I've got the north side of my house painted finally - this means the first coat is all done - and in less than a year. ;) This evening I picked a handful of yellow beans from my garden - first of the season - and cooked them as part of my supper.
