Maybe her young age shows exactly in her coying behavior. Did she keep her promise and acted differently on Sunday?
It was probably awkward for her too after the note you two left on Friday, so give it a couple more dates to see if things are really stalling or if moving this 'relationship' along could be possible and would be a good idea...
I hate that you always end up in complicated situations... hell, why can't you find a nice girl who's forward with you and doesn't play around? *LeSigh*

Stop thinking so much! How does your body react to her when she's around? How does she make you feel? Focus on those two. Age is a HUGE issue when it's a guy and a girl, especially if the guy is the younger one. But it's not really that big of an issue with girls. I've always dated older women, I've done 13 years difference, 10, and 7.

Just give your mind a rest for a week and see what happens. =) And if you want to kick my ass at the end of the week, Air Tran has some specials - I'll fly you over. Haha.
