I have discovered that despite several attempts, there really is *no way* to make ground turkey breast palatable, no matter how much chili powder/garlic/onions etc you add to it. It still retains the faint odor of wet dog (or wet turkey feathers?) not apparent in thanksgiving roast turkey or the deli sliced turkey breast. Alas! I stuck in the ( Read more... )

You're trying to make it into burgers -- that's your mistake. Stir-fry it with garlic, onion, assorted veggies, and tomatoes or tomato juice or tomato sauce. And maybe throw in a can of beans. Or just make chili with it.
