At 5:35pm in the Arts Building...Lappy, the lovable laptop, crashed, taking with him all my hopes, dreams...and significant portions of my guest lecture for this Thursday. I didn't die from some strange flu. It scared me into going to see the doctor though. I didn't particularly like not being able to recognize simple English words when trying to read. One 21 page baby safely delivered under Kay's door this evening.
One snowbaby (named Tagore)....stillborn last night after a fatal snow wrestling match. The father and I are both heartbroken and clearly need to console ourselves in more beer.
One Wicca baby still on the way. Delivery date: Monday.
