After many weeks of putting in long hours during the week and weekends, I finally got the chance to relax and spend time with my baby (bf). Saturday night I picked him up and we went up to Fresno to watch the Condors play. We were there about 7 and the game started at 7:35. I got a teaching job! The day I was interviewed they called me later that afternoon and offered me the contract :) I am so excited! So far summer has been pretty good, no complaints here. I am meeting new people and hanging out with the family. Today I got the call for a job interview on Monday :) I am excited, wish me luck! So I have been feeling sick for almost a week now. I went to the CSUB health center (which is free for students) and the doctor there said I probably have the mumps. I was vacinated for it when I was a kid, but I guess it wore off. There’s no medicine for it so I just have to wait it out and have a somewhat swollen face.
