Aaawww I love memes! And fic memes even more!

I agree with your choices, especially about Wilderness; the force in that fic is amazing and the way you write every scene is heartbreaking! You know how much of a mess I was at the end of that, I really think it's one of your most beautiful pieces, along with Falcon.

Byzantine is also one of my favs this year; you give me Ben and I'd be at your feet, but you wrote some serious hot stuff there and also a lot of comic elements like the horse one you mentioned! Or when the Princess was perving him and he was all *oh no my head won't be on my shoulders tomorrow*. That whole scene was hilarious!

Aww! I'm just so glad you liked Wilderness. I'm sorry for the pain I put them through at the big cliffhanger, but it was required for plot purposes! I am just rereading both of the Falcon fics in order to write long annotations and I'm still surprised at how powerful some of those bits are. Some of them really came to me in what can only be described as a trance state. And yet I still keep spotting weird word choices and things where it isn't quite clear what I meant and I'm like "oh, dear". But ah well
